Whether you're building a product, selling a service, or trying to get hired for a job, the key is to target:
1. Folks who have identified what they need/want 2. Folks who are ready to do something about it 3. Folks who have the means (time/money) to do something about it
You’re not looking for people who “struggle with this problem,” you’re looking for people who have acted on that struggle, and are looking for a solution.

How is that data collected? Is it a self-reported “I would pay for this” in a survey, or are you actually tracking conversions-to-paid?
