Good video from @nathanallotey.

His idea of “passive segregation” perfectly describes how the tech/bootstrapping community has treated Black voices up until now.

We’ve been passively aware that there’s a problem, but haven’t actively done anything.

@Abadesi @hustlecrewlive I wanted to let you know that your presentation today was *the best* virtual event I've ever attended. 🙌

You clearly knew your stuff and did a great job engaging with participants throughout.

I've mentioned it to three people already today; really well done. 💯

The biggest mistake founders make is doing the opposite. 😉

What does this mean for our personal finances?
What does this mean for small business owners?

How should we be reacting?

It's been a while since I've asked about WYSIWYG editors... 😜

Currently, we're using Trix at @TransistorFM, but we'd love to be able to support markdown.

What we *don't* want is a really big bloated editor.

Podcast show notes are super simple: <p><strong><em><a>

Ideas?

It’s OK to question the existing structures. It’s OK to evaluate alternatives. It’s OK to try other approaches.

Naturally, completely removing all police overnight is probably not wise.

However, we *should* invest in alternatives to the police and test their efficacy.
