@BrukPhillip I’m still learning about this myself, but a few ideas:

1. I’ve spoken at enough conferences. It’s time to recommend others and give them the opportunity.

2. Hiring and investing in POC.

3. Voting against discriminatory systems.

4. Living in integrated neighborhoods.
