It's not the "B2X" variable that makes business hard.

Finding an opportunity with a strong inflow of $, low expenses, and cracking user acquisition is hard.

Anyone who succeeds is an outlier.

Success is possible with B2C, B2P, B2B, B2E.

Generally, every time you start a small business you’re making a bet. The payoff should be a better life for you and your family. https://twitter.com/mijustin/status/1638562016536453120

Unlikely.

I still see tons of folks using the old Twitter logo (which changed in 2010).

It’s hard enough to change a logo when you keep the brand name the same. Even harder with “X”

🎯 good thread.

I'll add a bit more:

If new tech really is The Next Big Thing, we need to go beyond assessing it merely on its business merits and discuss whether this Next Big Thing is a good thing for society.

@dvassallo It depends on the consumer psychology and behavior in that product category:

If customers are less likely to pay $180 (at scale), and it’s more likely that I can convince more customers to pay $10/month, than I would choose $10/month.

@mattwensing The math for this gets more complicated depending on how many buckets one assumes a healthy human requires.

Personally, I think we need to add:

- Physical / mental health

And “Family” could be separate buckets (spouse, kids, etc).

Others might also have buckets like “Faith.”
