@stevenbward There's a lot of nuance to the "when should you quit" question. 😉
It's more accurate to say:
"Some founders are successful because they didn't quit."
and
"Some founders are successful because they quit and moved to a different idea."

My argument is that focusing on “a narrow niche” will kill any business if the total addressable market is too small.

@tenlinesofcode It's just odd that it's not built-in. (On the Stripe side, or the MailChimp side).
@ConvertKit has a built-in integration, but I'm not sure if it has the ability to automatically remove folks who no longer have an "active subscription" in Stripe.

@Yoroomie @tylertringas How big is the TAM?
Seems like, if you include home studios, it's quite large.
My little town has 3-4 studios that *I* know of (there's probably more that I don't).
My guess is Pro Tools has been selling thousands of copies since the 90s.
Looks like a reasonably sized market

@productgangsta You could be right.
I see a lot of indie businesses too, and my perspective is different.
Almost everyone who is consistently earning more than $10k / month (and certainly those that break $50k) targeted a large, or fast growing, market that they could reach efficiently.
