1. Differentiating through our story/personality/POV
2. Differentiating through pricing/biz model
3. Differentiating through customer service
4. Differentiating by understanding customers better (and delivering high-leverage features)

We once got two kittens.

The kids LOVED them.

But:
- I was extremely allergenic
- They destroyed our furniture
- Their shots/vet bills were expensive
- We couldn't just take off on vacation
- The cat litter became a regular problem

For us, the cons outweighed the benefits.
