@wahabind @Abiola_Usman In our case, the reverse was true.

We put way more effort into the $19 plan, because we thought it would give us more growth.

The $99 was essentially ignored (hardly any marketing). But it was the one that grew the fasts test, had the least churn, and least complaints.

@smithtimmytim I've got more on this (because I struggle with the same feelings as you).

I think folks like us can thrive if we "skill stack," or "layer" our characteristics into something truly unique.

Having an audience of 500+ fans will be a big win in the future.

We're also in a "self-employment" honeymoon.

For example, lots of folks now drive for Uber as contractors. They make more money than they would driving taxi... for now.

Self-driving cars are ALREADY picking up passengers in Phoenix.

Those "good" Uber jobs won't last.

In the future, robotics, automation, centralization, and globalization are going to put millions more workers out of work, and many more companies out of business.

Previously these folks had "somewhere to go," but increasingly that's not the case.
