@CasJam With cover art specifically, Apple seems to be aggressively caching the image (sometimes only on mobile, but not in their web or desktop apps).

A) as a “complete” (deck, trucks, bearings, wheels, grip tape - all pre-assembled)

Also, the "stay in your lane" rhetoric is a convenient way for us capitalists to ignore the problems in our current system:

✍️ "Let's talk about raising workers' wages."
🤡 "Stay in your lane dude!"

🎙️ "We're destroying the environment."
🤡 "Stay in your lane dude!"

Bands face this all the time:

"You used to sing about going to high school and partying! Now you just sing about global warming. Go back to the old stuff!"

Again, if grown adults want to keep singing songs about being teenagers that's fine.

But it's also OK to grow.

This gets to the core issue:

Do you want "pop music" ("I just want the artist to make the same kind of music over and over again") or do you want the artist to explore new genres and topics that interest them now?

Neither is "bad;" it's a personal consumer preference.

Business is a means to an end. It's a tool humans invented so we could have better lives.

Politics, natural disasters (and our response to them), economies, societal beliefs: all of these things affect markets.

So if you're a "business person," you should care about things not related purely to business.
