@DCoulbourne Is it really “members only?”

Do you have to apply to be a member?

(Is there a secret burger locker with a combination code for members?)

@GregMolnar @IndieHackers @shl @elonmusk First, SpaceX is private (so we don't know how they're doing financially). Recently, 400 employees signed an open letter expressing concern over his public behavior.

Second, up until now, TSLA's stock price hasn't been grounded in fundamentals. I think this will change.

@GregMolnar @IndieHackers @shl @elonmusk From a CEO-perspective it actually matters a lot: because all of your shareholders and employees are depending on those partnerships.

And this wasn’t him “speaking truth to power”; he was just acting irresponsibly.

Leaders need to take responsibility for what they do and say.

And, I’ve said, I think it’s a bad leadership decision for him to get distracted by Twitter, when he’s leading multiple high-stakes companies.

But saying that “I’m pissed” is a mischaracterization. You’re projecting

They saw where the momentum was going (whoa, folks like sharing photos on Twitpic, and they like applying filters with Hipstamatic).

They iterated on top of what already existed.
