@drewhaines3 @RepVernonJones @theblaze Drew: they need to show us the evidence!

You can't bring anyone to court unless you've got evidence.

You can't just allege "something shady" is going on without evidence. (Not random videos from the internet, but actual admissible evidence).

Less rhetoric, more hard facts.

@dvassallo @Mqsley @ggreenwald I’m not certain that Trump matches the classic definition of “fascist.”

But the semantics don’t matter in the sense that he is objectively toxic and inept on multiple fronts.

David Duke also had hundreds of thousands of voters who were also wrong.

It’s ok to point that out.

@dvassallo @Mqsley @ggreenwald Our role as a rational society is to call out bad actors, and the people who support them.

Obviously, there has to be limits to this (we don’t want “witch hunt hysteria”), but when a truly bad actor shows up, we need to identify them as such (and call out their supporters).

@ianlandsman My family in Ohio voted for Trump. I’ve got to hold out hope that they can see this for what it is.

@Jonny_Goodwin @bkorte Bad take Jonny.

That’s like saying Putin or Mussolini were “good” because their policies on paper seemed reasonable.

Trump is currently trying to cancel votes. He’s clearly and visibly authoritarian.

@richardslatter has the way embedded audio works changed at Twitter?

Audio Cards no longer play in the native apps (although, they do on the web).

@dceddia @ScreenFlow Yes. But it’s always set correct for your mic + camera setup.

Really loving having it “just work” in Ecamm Live.

@camlangsford Some of it you can anticipate in advance:

- how many people are already buying similar products?
- have multiple businesses tried what I’m doing and failed?

Some of this evaluation happens once you start the business:

- is this sustainable?
- are my margins high enough?

@smgrieser Nice! I've been doing downhill with my two youngest sons for the past few years.

I'm TERRIBLE, but I really enjoy it too.

I ended up buying a $2900 Ghost bike from MEC. Nothing too crazy, but decent for my ability. 😉

@leandropinter Yes, but there’s a fundamental ordering (dependency) that needs to be observed:

- The idea is the foundation (the seed). What you’ll grow is determined here.
- The soil + weather is the context you’re growing in.
- Execution is layered on top of the previous two things

@yongfook Agreed.

But it is helpful to point out the fundamental order:

- Your idea is the foundation (the seed). What you’ll grow is determined here.
- The soil + weather is the context you’re growing in.
- Your ability as a farmer is layered on top of the previous two things.

Naturally, a lot of this depends on the category you’re in (and how much demand there is).

But when the momentum is in the river, and you’re in a kayak with someone else that can paddle just as hard as you can, it’s exhilarating.

@petersuhm @digitaltrouble @noahwbragg Sorry (a little bit surprised that you took this negatively - that’s probably my fault).

None of this was a hit piece. It’s way more lighthearted than that.

I agree with a lot of what you said, just adding some color from my experience.
