Obviously, there has to be limits to this (we don’t want “witch hunt hysteria”), but when a truly bad actor shows up, we need to identify them as such (and call out their supporters).

Because the market is so big, speciality coffees can do quite well.

Some of this evaluation happens once you start the business:

- is this sustainable?
