1. Write out my daily tasks on paper (this is new). 2. Have a weekly accountability group with 2-3 people. 3. Have an audience that I'm accountable to, and communicating with frequently. 4. Treat my biz like an investment that needs to have ROI.
@alanklement What first tipped me off was usage. People just weren't digging into the weekly tips. I sent a survey, and then followed up and listened to customers individually.
