If you're going to pitch someone, do your research:

How do *they* want their life to be better?

Your pitch? "I'll get you there faster."

The irrigation company shows up at my doorstep every fall:

"Want us to winterize your system for you?"

This is how I want to get sales pitches:

"Hey, I noticed your pipes are leaking. Want me to fix that for you?"

Imagine how awesome it would be if a plumber showed up on your doorstep the MOMENT your pipes sprung a leak.

Truth is, there are TONS of businesses that would happily pay you $$$ RIGHT NOW.

But you have to pitch a solution that solves THEIR pain.

90% of the time you should be sending emails that make the *recipient* more awesome.

(Not asking for favors)

I'd like to get more emails like this:
"Justin, I checked out your onboarding sequence. For $ I'll improve it so it generates % more sales."

Most of the emails I get are ​addressed ​to me, but they're not ​about ​me:
"Justin, can you promote this?"
"Justin, can I pick your brain?"
