@farez Nice! I use @botmarker for this right now; but can’t search tweets.

I like their “send tweet as dm” feature.

@_brandswell @fritzinc I haven’t! But his “the underlying structure creates the behavior” theory instantly made me think of US politics (and populism).

@antesepic Oh yeah! I dig it.

I would love an option that also allows me to save tweets (I use @botmarker for this currently, but I can't search them)

@coreyhainesco @BrendanHufford @Julian I think having enough + margin has been the most freeing for me.

"Just enough" is like having "just enough" tread on your tires, pads on your brakes, or gas in your engine.

Having margin has been so freeing.

Omg. This is so true.

Being a good marketer actually made it harder for me to validate ideas in the past.

I used to look at “response to the launch” as validation.

Now, I look for the underlying fundamentals: existing market demand (outside of my influence). https://twitter.com/derrickreimer/status/1328730115765805056

@cgimmer @thepatwalls It hasn’t actually done the democratizing yet.

“Democratized” would mean that it’s widely distributed and easily used.

Bitcoin is not easy to get, easy to store, or easy to use as currency.

One danger with “hustling your way to success” is that it can work... for a short time.

But eventually, the underlying fundamentals take over.

Low margins lead to burnout.

You can paddle for awhile, but what you really need is wind in your sails.

There’s a myth in North American culture that if you “work really hard, you can achieve any goal.”

But the truth is, the underlying fundamentals play a bigger role.

In business: the market you’re in will determine most of your growth (no matter how hard you work).

For example: @Alanis and @GlenBallard wrote the song “Ironic” really quickly.

To Alanis, it felt like a throwaway:

“I didn’t even want that song on the record,” she told Rolling Stone.

It ended up becoming her greatest hit.

Exerting “more effort” does not necessarily bring you “more success.”

Paradoxically, sometimes the biggest successes come from the least amount of effort.

@beingbrad @lisamondello Where does this “religious liberty” mindset come from? I’ve noticed it too and it’s truly puzzling.

Like, why do so many evangelicals care so much about very particular topics?
