@CasJam Interesting. Are you thinking of “engineering as marketing” type things?

Btw - “stories that highlight our product” include people tweeting about you, sharing a YouTube video about you, talking about you on their podcast. I think there are ways to encourage this. 👍

That’s the time to unplug.

@mattmedeiros @CasJam @tylertringas The thing is… nothing is really easy.

Discovering demand for a product, getting the resources to build it, finding people to help you, executing in a way that satisfies the market….

All super hard.

For me, partnering up has made it 1000x better. (Might not work for everyone)

@CasJam @tylertringas Regularly putting the intention out is a good first step though:

"If you're open to it, I'd love to partner with you on this. I think I could really bring a lot to the table."

Or:

"Are you interested in partnering with me on this? You'd bring a lot to the table."

@stephenrobles @ApplePodcasts @appleinsider Keep the RSS feed as is. Apple's been having a lot of trouble with the crawler.

Removing the manual episode might be prudent. 👍

If you're missing episodes on the public Apple directory, that's normal. Best to wait until Apple fixes everything. 🤞

But it really seems to depend on the dynamics of a particular loose culture, and the leadership.

Some loose cultures have a more egalitarian streak, where others really emphasize the power of the individual to stick out and do what they want.

@NathanG That’s my point.

In that case, Apple’s 3 categories (as listed in my video) make the most sense:

- Free (RSS)
- Freemium (RSS + bonus/ad-free)
- Paid

Better to be clear about the most common use-cases than give people an option that only a tiny % might use.
