@ameliahumfress how do you cope with the anxiety? What tools do you use to ensure you're doing the right thing for the product?

@__tosh how do you know when it's been accepted by the customer? What signals "acceptance"?

@Evanish ... while others have a hand in initial design, and then work with devs until product is complete. And then they do test & accept!

@Evanish hmm. I'm in a similar boat. It's odd, pm is an interesting field: some guys are completely on the marketing side...

@__tosh was just talking to @joestump about this. We're going this direction as well: a clean minimal backlog. Everything else is archived.

@__tosh I think filtering and editing features is hard: both for features in the backlog, and features already released.
