When you're building stuff you need momentum. You can't ask people for opinions all day. You need to sit down and do the work. Ship it.

Prognosticating is the enemy of progress.

Build a small initial version.

Show it to people.

Iterate.

Have a product? You should only be listening to one group:

Folks who are paying you money.

Every else's opinion doesn't matter.

The only validation that matters:

Short term: finding people who will pay you for your product.

Long term: finding more of those people.
