@rezzz absolutely. Their web analytics have gotten way better. Especially like "Explore" for digging down and seeing individual use cases.

@rezzz I always start with @segment and add on top of that (makes it easy to try variety of tools).

1. Observing people's screens from the back of a conference room. 😉 What apps do they use? What websites?

Yes, you should listen to your customers.

Even more important? Watching what they actually do.

Being a parent is the hardest thing I've ever done. By far.

It's the best. ❤️
