It’s really difficult to have a public discourse when each side maintains its own version of “the facts.”

Our society has degenerated into each side hitting the other side with facts they learned from the Internet.

On the other hand: you can't let the fear of "what will people think?" stop you.

Ship in small increments, and get incremental feedback.

BTW: makers *need* that fear of "what will people think?"

It's a necessary part of the creative process. The tension keeps us sharp.

The scariest part of the creative process is showing people what you've made; but it's also the best part.

Real life feedback FTW.

The hardest part about making stuff: YOU EVENTUALLY HAVE TO SHOW IT TO REAL PEOPLE.
