Too many products give users *more* work to do: "learn this, read this, configure this, try this."

Your product should make life easier.

It's hard to grow your business when people only "sort of want" what you're selling.

One more thing:

You can't do this alone.

You're going need good friendships, and good counsel.

Don't get stuck in regret.

And don't settle.

Allow yourself to imagine a better life, and take a step in that direction.

I'm an optimist.

Feel like you've wasted too much time, or it's too late?

You can still make your life better.

Start now, start small.

We make a lot of our mistakes when we don't have a clear sense of where we're going, and what's really important.

How do you know what "the right direction is?"

You have to identify where you want to go, and work your way backwards.

Snap decisions, desperation, and dramatic turns rarely produce good results.

The only way to make your life better is "consistent effort, over time, in the right direction."
