@czue@plehoux I think we’ve done a fairly good job of optimizing Transistor for fun.
There are projects and tasks that are definitely not fun (integrating with large partners, legal, accounting, and admin issues), but on the whole, I think it’s mostly fun. 👍

Every action, project, person, event, skill, experience, and experiment are threads woven into your life.
I do this all the time: start a video, only to realize we need to fix/improve something. Demonstrating your product in public is a great catalyst for product improvement.
We’ve been hesitant to rent booths at conferences, but I like your principle of “de-risking” the investment by committing to multiple actions (card game, LEGO car, etc). 👍
The early 2000s was a hard time to graduate. The dot-com bubble had just burst, baby boomers were staying in high-paying jobs, and it was hard for a new grad to make a living.
