Show a programmer your API and they see plumbing.

Teach a manager how to use your API, and they feel like they've got goddamn SUPER POWERS.

Startups like @zapier were the first to realize that "normals" use APIs too.

But there's still way more progress that could be made here.

If your SaaS has 5 users, but you want to get to 100, use a case study:

- How they found you
