1. Write out my daily tasks on paper (this is new). 2. Have a weekly accountability group with 2-3 people. 3. Have an audience that I'm accountable to, and communicating with frequently. 4. Treat my biz like an investment that needs to have ROI.
There needs to be good communication about what you're intending to do, what it's going to take, and what the potential rewards are going to be at the end.
