I can also find music documentaries in iTunes' movie section.

I can also find music related television shows in iTunes' music section.

When I think: "I want to watch a documentary" I go to "Movies" not "Music."

Apple's iTunes has sections called "Movies" and "TV Shows."

They also have a section called "Music" where you can get other "TV and Movies."

It's embarrassing (and terrible UX).

If they want to win in the media services game, this is the stuff they need to fix in 2019.

Maybe a better way to put this is:

"A good product UNCOVERS a desire the customer already has."

Often, the customer can't articulate what they want.

Our job, as product people, is to come up with a solution that meets the needs they feel internally.

A good product unlocks a desire the customer already has.
