@bryce Real estate prices in the USA are really weird.

You can buy a nice place on the beach in Florida, or a veritable mansion in the Midwest, for ~$600k.

But as soon as you get into the PNW / Colorado / Park City prices go ⬆️

SLC prices look decent though. 😎
