The challenge is that most of these are "qualitative" observations:

- Stuff I'm seeing (repeatedly) in customer conversations
- Stuff I'm noticing on social media and in forums
- Stuff I'm getting in DMs
- Stuff I overhear in coffee shops
- Stuff that's going on in the industry
