Most entrepreneurs aren't in it for the money.

They're just trying to build a better life for their families.

The great challenge of life is that we are limited by both our circumstances AND our thinking.

My point (and the point of #jtbd) is that we're not in the software business; we're in the progress business.

The "form" is secondary.

.@concreteniche all the ingredients you put into your product (aesthetics, taste, platform, engineering) should make the user's life better.

Don't focus exclusively on aesthetics, materials, & assembly.

Product quality matters, but only inasmuch as it delivers progress for users.
