My dad has a great condo unit for rent in downtown Edmonton. The building is called The Residence and is located at 9730-106th Street. The condo is 520 square feet. It’s has a really functional layout, and is at an excellent location (next to the Legislative Bldg., close to downtown).
It has a refrigerator, stove and full laundry and is furnished (including dishes I think).
The rent is $800 / month for the right renter and $800 damage deposit. This includes parking. Most of these units rent for $1000 through the rental pool, but he is willing to rent it to the right renter (someone who will look after it and sign a one year lease).
